Customer Service & Operations

The Operations Department is made up of our Customer Support Team and Supply Team. Our Customer Support Team consists of 70 trained staff who ensure that all reservation issues from guests and hosts are resolved in a competent manner. The Supply Team is responsible for making sure that a sufficient number of quality apartments are available at all times for guests to book. Moreover, they support our hosts by helping them truly represent their offers on our website with up-to-date and complete information.
